In the wake of sweeping new guidelines that have closed several businesses, we wanted to let you know that The DOT Corp is open. Our number one priority is the safety of our clients and staff. We are closely following the guidelines of the government and the CDC. You can view our full list of procedures on our blog.
Our second highest priority is ensuring that our clients' needs continue to be met. In times of crisis, communication is critical. We understand that your business may have urgent messages that need to be communicated clearly and quickly. We remain available to assist with your needs.
- Our essential services - print, direct mail and fulfillment - are all in operation. As a provider of mail services, we are currently considered an essential business and are exempt from the "shelter in place" guidelines.
- The United States Postal Service is still delivering and we have not seen anything to suggest that their operations will become restricted.
- You may notice a delay in turnaround times on non-urgent orders. We are doing our best to keep this to a minimum. Please clearly communicate your deadlines with your account manager or sales rep.
- There may also be limitations on specialty products. We will keep you informed as much as possible, but please contact your account manager or sales rep if you have any questions about a specific product or order.
We have survived turbulent times before. The upheaval of 9/11, the market crash of 2008. While this is a unique situation, one thing remains the same - our resolve. Our resolve to show kindness, creatively solve problems, work together, persevere and come out the other side.
