The Challenge:
The client, a new hotel opening on the central coast of California, placed a large order of collateral needed for opening day. The order included stationery, note pads, business cards, menus and room packets all with embossing, foil stamping and die cutting. The Dot production team agreed to a timeline and got to work. When received, the working files could not produce the quality products that the end client was looking to attain. The Dot would need to rework the files, knowing the timeline could not change.
The Solution:
Our prepress operators quickly evaluated the file issues, reworked the job entirely and soon made it print ready. Based on the client’s criteria for high quality and quantity needed, the jobs would need to be printed on our sheetfed presses. The Dot's sheetfed presses offer the highest quality printing and the most cost effective option for larger runs. The result was a superior product and the client gave rave reviews.
